Service Includes

• Living Room: Dusting all surfaces, hoovering or mopping floors, cleaning windows and sills, wiping down furniture.

• Bedrooms (2): Changing bed linen, dusting surfaces, hoovering or mopping floors, tidying up wardrobes, and cleaning windows and sills.

• Kitchen: Wiping down worktops, cleaning sinks, cleaning the exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, oven), and sweeping/mopping floors.

• Bathroom: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers/baths, mirrors, and mopping floors.

• Hallways/Entryways: Dusting surfaces, hoovering or mopping floors, cleaning mirrors/glass, and wiping down doors, handles, and light switches.

Pricing

• 2-Bedroom Flat: 3 hours per visit (£45)

Extra Time & Charges Disclaimer

Please note that the cleaning times provided in our estimate are based on standard conditions and the agreed scope of work. If the cleaning service requires more time than initially estimated due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

• Excessive dirt or grime

• Additional tasks requested during the service

• The property being larger or more cluttered than initially discussed

We will inform you immediately. The service will continue only with your approval, and additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
