Whether you’re moving out or preparing for new tenants, our professional cleaning team ensures every inch of the property is deep-cleaned to the highest standard, helping you secure your deposit back or present a pristine space for the next occupants.

Service Includes

• Living Room: Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, cleaning windows, frames, and sills, and wiping down skirting boards and light switches.

• Bedrooms: Full deep clean of all surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming or mopping floors, cleaning windows, wiping down wardrobes, and removing any marks from walls (if applicable).

• Kitchen: Cleaning inside and outside of all cupboards, wiping down countertops, scrubbing sinks, descaling taps, deep cleaning appliances (oven, fridge, microwave), and sweeping/mopping floors.

• Bathroom: Deep cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers/baths, and mirrors; descaling tiles, taps, and showerheads; scrubbing grouting; and mopping floors.

• Hallways/Entryways: Dusting and cleaning all surfaces, hoovering or mopping floors, wiping down doors, handles, and light switches, and ensuring the entire area is fresh and tidy.

Special Attention to Detail:

• Removal of limescale and mildew in bathrooms and kitchens

• Deep cleaning of hard-to-reach areas like under furniture and behind appliances

• Carpet and upholstery vacuuming or steam cleaning (if required)

• Polishing of all mirrors, glass, and metal fixtures

Extra Time & Charges Disclaimer

Please note that the cleaning times and prices are based on standard conditions and the scope of work agreed upon. If the service requires more time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

• Excessive dirt or grime

• Additional tasks requested during the service

• The property being larger or more cluttered than initially discussed

We will inform you immediately, and the service will continue only with your approval. Additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
